At least this wasn't my dress experience! I rented my tiara and veil form them and when I went to pick up my veil, it was terrible. No one had any idea what was going on. They refused to sew the two veils together, despite having established that at the time of order. When they trimmed my blusher, they did it with regular scissors and eye-balled it. It was all crooked, They waved it away and told me I needed to 'fluff' the veil more. I got nervous with my wedding 2 days away, their complete confusion and rudeness.
